How We Ship at TasteSee

"Fresh and Reliable Delivery for Your TasteSee Favorites"

1. Ordering Timeline

  • Order Days: Monday-Friday
  • Processing Time: Farmers and fishermen require 48 hours to prepare your order.
  • Delivery Days: Monday through Friday. Additional charges for delivery on Saturday and Sunday
  • At TasteSee, we prioritize delivering the freshest produce possible. Please allow 5-7 days for shipment, as we require 24 hours to confirm your order and 24-48 hours for hand-harvesting. For the fastest delivery, we offer air freight or 2-day shipping via FedEx or UPS. Thank you for your patience!

2. Freshness Guarantee

  • Vegetables: Fresh-picked, stored in coolers, and packaged in wax boxes with ventilation to avoid moisture.
  • Seafood: Shipped frozen or flash-frozen for optimal freshness.

3. Shipping Process

  • All orders are shipped via Air Freight or FedEx or UPS
  • After full payment is received, you will receive:
    • Delivery date and time.
    • Flight number and cargo confirmation.
    • A photo of your shipment before it leaves our facility.

4. Customer Responsibility

  • Payment: Orders must be paid in full before processing begins.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping fees.
  • Pickup: Coordinate pickup from your local air cargo terminal.    IMPORTANT: When picking up at Air Cargo terminal, Have your Driver's License or State Issued ID to pick-up your shipment. 

5. Packaging Details

  • Vegetables: Wax boxes with ventilation, kept cool throughout transport.
  • Seafood: Shipped either frozen or flash-frozen to lock in flavor and quality.

6. Damage Claims

If your shipment is damaged, please contact us immediately at:

Include photos of the damaged items to help us process your claim efficiently. Any complaint issued after 12 hours of receiving shipment will be reviewed on a case by case situation.
