Order Process

"It’s Easy to Get Fresh TasteSee Products Delivered to You!"

1. Place Your Order

  • Add your desired products to your shopping cart.
  • We will review your order and check with our farm and local farms for the best available produce within 24 hours or less. 
  • We will calculate the shipping rate and include it in your invoice.

2. Minimum Order Requirements

  • Vegetables and Fruits: A minimum of 70 lbs per order. You can mix and match your selections to meet the requirement.
  • Seafood: A minimum of 70 lbs per order.

3. Review and Confirm

  • Ensure your cart meets the minimum order weight requirements.
  • We will calculate the shipment and send an invoice for payment. 
  • Proceed to checkout and make full payment to confirm your order.
  • If we are unable to complete your order you will be issued a full refund immediately

4. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed immediately after order is confirmed to allow farmers and fishermen to prepare the freshest products for you. This will require 48 hours or less. 

5. Delivery Details

  • Receive confirmation with your flight number, delivery date/time, and a photo of your shipment once it’s ready.
  • Please keep in mind: Prices are subject to change on all products so make sure your price quoted on the invoice 
  • At TasteSee, we prioritize delivering the freshest produce possible. Please allow 5-7 days for shipment, as we require 24 hours to confirm your order and 24-48 hours for hand-harvesting. For the fastest delivery, we offer air freight or 2-day shipping via FedEx or UPS. Thank you for your patience!
