TasteSee Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • All orders received, customers will be notified and the order must be confirmed within 24 hours to ensure timely processing and fresh delivery.
  • Farmers require 48 hours to pick vegetables, and fishermen need 48 hours to catch seafood once confirmed. 
  • TasteSee will check produce for availability to ensure freshness and quality. 
  • Once we confirm your order we will calculate shipping and send you an invoice to pay the balance in full.

2. Shipping Methods

  • For Bulk Orders of Seafood, Select Vegetables and Fruits, TasteSee will ship via air cargo using Southwest Cargo, American Airlines Cargo, or Delta Cargo to ensure freshness. Pick-Up address will be sent to you via text or e-mail (PLEASE UNDERSTAND, THIS IS NOT DELIVERED TO YOUR DOOR AND YOU MUST ARRANGE TO PICK-UP AT YOUR DESIGNATED AIRPORT CARGO)
  • For other orders TasteSee will ship via FedEx 2 Day or UPS 2 Day delivery. 
  • Customers will receive a delivery date, time, flight number, and confirmation once the order is finalized. 

3. Delivery Schedule

  • Shipments are made Monday through Friday to maintain freshness. Weekend Shipments are available and will require an extra fee depending on location. 
  • Produce is stored in wax boxes with proper ventilation and cooling during transport to preserve quality.
  • Seafood is shipped frozen or flash-frozen.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Full payment must be made before the order is processed.
  • Customers are responsible for arranging pick-up at the designated air cargo terminal.

5. Damage or Missing Shipments

  • If the shipment is damaged or does not arrive, customers must contact us immediately:
  • Complaints must be filed within 12 hours of receiving your shipment.

  • We ship fresh, high-quality products that reflect TasteSee's dedication to authenticity and culture. Please inspect your order upon receipt to ensure satisfaction.
