  • No Refunds and No Returns: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any purchases.
  • Damaged or Missing Shipments:
    If you encounter any issues with your shipment, such as damage to the goods or failure to receive your package, you must file a complaint immediately.

    • Include your order details and a description of the issue. Photos of the damage are required for resolution. Any issue that is not made within 12 hours will be reviewed on a case by case situation.
